You can view pictures in a slideshow located in any folder, whether it’s on your PC, a USB stick, or an external drive. Change mouse wheel settings in More > Settings. Press Ctrl + the mouse wheel to zoom in or out. The Photos app in Windows 10 does the same things Photo Viewer did, and more. If Windows Photo Viewer isn't in the list, you cannot install it on Windows 10. Instead, it relies on built-in tools in File Explorer. To check, press and hold (or right-click) a photo in File Explorer, and select Open with.
